SHIPPING POLICY

We use two major shipping carriers to help ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently.

SHIPPING METHODS

• Small Items — Keychains, charms, business cards, and similar items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days.
• Party Favors — Shipped via UPS Ground. Estimated transit time: 2–8 business days.

Please note: All shipping and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders are generally shipped 7–14 days prior to your specified “Need By” date.

When placing your order, please make sure your “Need By” date is accurate. This date is used to determine your production and shipping timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been shipped.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available for customers in the Belle Glade , FL area.

Orders will generally be ready for pickup 2–3 days before your specified “Need By” date.

Your pickup notification email will include the full pickup address and instructions. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received your pickup notification.

Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of receiving your pickup notification. Orders not picked up within 48 hours will be subject to a $2 per day holding fee!!!!
